The use of services provided by TLBS Established the agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and TLBS will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.
By placing an order with TLBS, you automatically accept all the below-listed term of services whether you read them or not.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
You will only use the TLBS website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Discord/Instagram/other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
TLBS SMM PANEL rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
TLBS does not guarantee a delivery time for any services as its depend on the services order quantity. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and TLBS will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
TLBS Support Team tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
Refund Policy
Please do not place multiple orders for the link with the same service. For example you may order views/likes/comments at the same time for the same link, but not 2 different likes services for the same link at the same time, wait for the first one to complete then place another order.
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from TLBS.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
Orders placed in TLBS will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your TLBS account if the order is non deliverable
If We found any Unusual activity or if TLBS think you violating our terms or harm TLBS business, in this point We can stop doing business with any customer anytime. Unfortunately, for privacy of our business we will not able to share the reason sometime of closing your account or business with you. The decision will be Permanent. You can use your remaining fund to order our services or you can ask for withdrawing your fund to your payment gateway you used for depositing the fund.
TLBS SMM PANEL will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
TLBS SMM PANEL is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by YouTube or Soundcloud or etc. or Other Social Media.
TLBS SMM PANEL Offer 3% affliate commission for valid referral. It should be from you or Your social media pages/channels or forum or through any kind of 3rd party ads. We don't accept friends as referral or you can not invite your self as a referral. Creating multiple account to get affliate comission can be reason of account suspension.
Attention:
We does not guarantee on time of service description. We only give the most accurate estimation of the server's running / completion time and speed, we will not refund you if you find an order is processed too long when the platform updates the algorithm.
We may change the terms upon notice. It is your responsibility to read the entire policy and terms before placing an order. The form of payment and service costs may change according to the operation.
Do not use many services for the same link at the same time (here or anywhere else). If you want to continue using services for that same link. Please wait for your order to complete/cancel/refund. We cannot provide an accuracy if you do not comply correctly and no refund will be issued in this case!! System will count from the starting value when you order and will stop when the quantity is sufficient. Don't ask us about anything such as because view/sub/follow,... might come from your real users.
Orders that are in warranty period having view/like/sub drop while the server is under maintenance or have an error will have to wait until the server returns to be normal or you can ask for Partial. After making a refund, we are not responsible for any further drop and refund.
