TLBS is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform.

3. Delivery Policy

TLBS does not guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery speed depends on service type, quantity, and platform conditions.
Any delivery time shown is an estimate only.
Orders that are processing will not be refunded due to perceived slowness.
TLBS reserves the right to change service methods or service types if necessary to complete an order successfully.
Service prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Order Rules & Restrictions

Do not place multiple orders for the same service on the same link at the same time.
You may order different services together (e.g., likes + comments), but not multiple identical services simultaneously.
If you violate this rule, accuracy is not guaranteed and no refund will be issued.
TLBS systems calculate delivery based on the start count at the time of order placement. Organic growth may affect visible counts.

5. Refund & Balance Policy

All payments are final. Deposits cannot be reversed.
Funds added to your account must be used for TLBS services.
No refunds will be sent back to your payment method.
You agree not to file disputes or chargebacks under any circumstances.
Any dispute or chargeback will result in:
Immediate account termination
Cancellation of all active and future orders
Removal of delivered services if possible
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
If an order is deemed non-deliverable, a refund credit will be issued to your TLBS balance (not cash).

6. Refill & Warranty Policy

Refill is available only for services explicitly marked with refill.
Drops occurring during server maintenance or platform issues must wait until services resume, or a partial refund may be requested.
After a refund or partial refund is issued, TLBS is not responsible for future drops.
No refill is guaranteed if the link becomes invalid, private, or deleted.

7. Account Violation & Termination

TLBS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if:
Unusual activity is detected
Abuse, fraud, or policy violations occur
The business interests of TLBS are harmed
In some cases, we may not disclose the reason for termination.
The decision may be permanent.
Remaining balance may be used for services or requested for withdrawal to the original payment method, subject to review.

8. Affiliate Program

TLBS offers 3% affiliate commission for valid referrals.
Referrals must be genuine and obtained through:
Your own website
Social media pages
Forums or paid advertising
Self-referrals, fake referrals, or multiple accounts created to abuse the affiliate system are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

9. Disclaimer

TLBS provides services “as-is” and “as-available”.
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or business impact caused by the use of our services.
TLBS is not liable for account suspensions, bans, content removal, or restrictions imposed by any social media platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TLBS shall not be held liable for:

Account bans or restrictions
Content deletion
Algorithm changes
Loss of profits or reputation
Service delays beyond our control

Use of our services is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

TLBS may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms before placing each order.
Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Notice

These Terms apply to all users worldwide and are governed by international digital commerce practices.

Unauthorized copying, duplication, resale, or redistribution of our services, platform, or content is strictly prohibited.
